And then always prioritise the delivery Uber and Just Eat drivers. Might aswell not go into the store anymore!
- NKNiyah KerrMay 10, 20261.0It was a party for my little sister and we ordered quite a big meal as it was a party and they forgot most of our meal and getting the correct things was a struggle, they forgot multiple things so we had to get up multiple times , the customer service was okay but they shouldn’t be forgetting the meal if it’s on the screen they should be ticking it off as they go. I don’t recommend big orders.

Me and my partner came to order food and asked to use the toilet, but we were made to wait outside for around 10 minutes while the staff member inside claimed she was cleaning. During this time, it appeared she was doing something else, and other customers were allowed to use different washrooms. This felt unfair and discriminatory. The way we were treated gave a strong impression of racist behavior, which is completely unacceptable. In any business, everyone should be treated equally with respect and dignity. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and for appropriate action to be taken to ensure this does not happen to anyone else
